Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all bookkeeping activities within QuickBooks Online
Oversee full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Prepare monthly financial statements and own the month-end close process

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience, including 2+ years in a senior capacity
Advanced expertise in QuickBooks Online and managing full month-end close independently
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses is strongly preferred
