Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Administrator to support internal stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of client programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Client Services department and communicate project statuses to internal stakeholders
  • Manage project/program progress and coordinate with accounting for accurate billing
  • Prepare and distribute client action reports, proposals, and manage changes in project scope
Required Qualifications
  • High School Graduate or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of one year of related experience or two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of a degree
  • Proficiency in computer operations, including word processing and project management software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must have a cell phone and provide personal internet service
