Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Administrator to support internal stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of client programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Client Services department and communicate project status to internal stakeholders
- Proactively manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring proper setup and billing
- Coordinate schedules and communications with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (minimum one year)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must have a cell phone and provide own internet service
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
