Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Administrator to support internal stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of client programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Client Services department and communicate project status to internal stakeholders
  • Proactively manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring proper setup and billing
  • Coordinate schedules and communications with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (minimum one year)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must have a cell phone and provide own internet service
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
