Job Summary

Providing essential client support in a remote environment, the full-time Client Services Advocate will manage inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, troubleshoot issues, and document activities using Zendesk while contributing to client training and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver front-line support to clients, offering timely guidance on ClearStar's platforms and troubleshooting issues
  • Conduct virtual training sessions and provide technical guidance to clients with varying levels of technical fluency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases and participate in system testing and process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
  • 1-2 years of client service or helpdesk experience in a technology-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems, preferably Zendesk
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based collaboration tools
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space
