Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Agent to provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships through various communication channels
• Create and modify patient orders while following complex procedures and policies
• Research and respond to requests for test information and specimen requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM and possess 10 key skills
• Basic computer skills, including internet proficiency
• Remote workers must have specific internet speed requirements
• Preferred: College courses in relevant fields and one year of customer service experience
