Client Services Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Agent to provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication
• Create and modify patient orders while adhering to complex procedures
• Research and respond to inquiries regarding test information and specimen requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM and possess 10-key skills
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in navigating computer and phone systems
• Remote workers must have specific internet speed requirements
• Preferred experience includes customer service and familiarity with laboratory information systems
