Client Services Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Agent to provide excellent customer service and support for internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication
• Create and modify patient orders by following complex procedures
• Respond to requests for test information and resolve customer issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM and possess 10-key skills
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in navigating computer and phone systems
• Internet download speed of 75 Mbps and upload speed of 50 Mbps for remote workers
• Preferred: College courses in medical terminology, biology, or related fields; one year of customer service experience
