Client Services Agent

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time hourly Client Services Agent will manage communications with internal and external customers, create and modify patient orders, and prioritize requests for test information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication
• Create and modify patient orders by following complex procedures and policies
• Research and respond to requests for test information, specimen requirements, and associated fees

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM and possess 10-key skills
• Basic computer skills, including internet proficiency and navigation of computer and phone systems
• Remote workers must have internet download speed of 75 Mbps and upload speed of 50 Mbps or ability to obtain prior to start date
• One year of experience in customer service is preferred
