Client Services Agent

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service in a remote setting, the full-time hourly Client Services Agent will manage customer relationships, process patient orders, and respond to inquiries regarding testing and services while working a 7-on/7-off schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication
• Create and modify patient orders by following established procedures and policies
• Research and respond to requests for test information and resolve customer issues efficiently

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM and proficient in 10-key skills
• Basic computer skills and internet proficiency
• Remote workers must have internet download speed of 75mbps and upload speed of 50mbps
• One year of customer service experience preferred
