Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Analyst II to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client files and analytics that support recovery outcomes and client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of client data files and client-facing letters
  • Oversee end-to-end workflows as claims progress through audit, QA, and review processes
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, issues, and actionable insights
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent client services or operational experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve data and workflow issues
  • Experience performing QA on client data files, letters, or reports
  • Ability to document and translate client-specific processes across teams
