Client Services Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery to clients managing Collateral Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Leverage Finance Facilities
• Create technical report specifications, set up payment calculations, and compile various financial reports
• Perform quality control reviews of reports and coordinate with operations teams for accurate payment processing

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience or in a similar field
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations and regulatory compliance
• Intermediate to advanced TranStar experience preferred
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
