Client Services Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Business Analyst to support client engagements for a pharmaceutical cost and coverage application.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement project plans from design to launch, ensuring client requirements are met
• Coordinate teams to ensure timely delivery and high product quality
• Develop content for MLR submissions and prepare client presentations and meeting summaries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care or Business
• 2-5 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals, preferably with a Market Access Agency
• Expertise in MLR review systems and approval processes
• Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketplace and Market Access
• Familiarity with project management software and design tools like Figma
