Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for client and carrier inquiries, resolving issues within defined SLAs
- Deliver system training to drive adoption and reduce repeat inquiries
- Process carrier payments accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with funding schedules
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience; transportation or carrier experience is a plus
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
