Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary contact for client and carrier inquiries, resolving issues within defined SLAs
  • Deliver system training to drive adoption and reduce repeat inquiries
  • Process carrier payments accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with funding schedules
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of professional experience; transportation or carrier experience is a plus
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
