Job Summary
Client Services Analyst, a full-time position, serves as a liaison between customers and the company, handling inquiries, generating reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective project management and engagement analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaison between customers and the company, addressing inquiries and requests
- Generate management reports and perform periodic analysis to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Assist in other departments as needed and perform special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Professional training or Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a business field
- Experience in customer service or project management
- Self-motivated team player capable of producing results independently
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite; knowledge of SQL and PowerBI encouraged
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
