Job Summary

Client Services Analyst, a full-time position, serves as a liaison between customers and the company, handling inquiries, generating reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective project management and engagement analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaison between customers and the company, addressing inquiries and requests
  • Generate management reports and perform periodic analysis to identify issues and recommend solutions
  • Assist in other departments as needed and perform special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Professional training or Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a business field
  • Experience in customer service or project management
  • Self-motivated team player capable of producing results independently
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite; knowledge of SQL and PowerBI encouraged
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
