Client Services Analyst

Job Summary

Managing client relationships, the full-time Client Services Analyst III will ensure excellent service delivery for a book of clients handling Collateral Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Leverage Finance Facilities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create technical report specifications from indenture language and set up payment calculations in various in-house systems
• Compile and reconcile collateral data, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and tax reports
• Perform quality control reviews of reports and conduct portfolio compliance tests on structured fixed income deals

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in a similar field
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations and regulatory compliance
• Preferred experience with TranStar at an intermediate to advanced level
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
