Client Services Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting client engagements for a multiplatform pharmaceutical cost and coverage application, the remote Client Services Analyst will oversee project plans from concept through launch, ensuring solutions meet client needs and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and implement project plans, ensuring applications meet client requirements from initial design to launch
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop content for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) submissions and training materials
• Manage client communications and handle modifications to the application's deliverable process while preparing presentations and meeting summaries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care or Business
• 2-5 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals, preferably with a Market Access Agency
• Expertise in Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review systems and approval processes
• Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketplace and Market Access
• Familiarity with project management software and design tools like Figma
