Client Services Analyst
Job Summary
Managing client relationships, the full-time Client Services Analyst III will ensure excellent service delivery to a portfolio of clients managing Collateral Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Leverage Finance Facilities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Create technical report specifications from indenture language and set up payment calculations in various in-house systems
- Compile and reconcile periodic collateral data, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and tax reports
- Perform quality control reviews of reports and conduct portfolio compliance tests on structured fixed income deals
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience in a similar field
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations and regulatory compliance
- Preferred intermediate to advanced experience with TranStar
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
