Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Associate I to support clients and account managers in navigating inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage individual case load to ensure timely responses to requests
  • Analyze information to determine necessary client changes and address enrollment or eligibility questions
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve client/member issues and improve processes
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Member or Client Service experience
  • 5 years of related pharmacy work experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Pharmacy/Healthcare related experience preferred
  • Two years of college preferred
