Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Associate I to support clients and account managers in navigating inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage individual case load to ensure timely responses to requests
- Analyze information to determine necessary client changes and address enrollment or eligibility questions
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve client/member issues and improve processes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Member or Client Service experience
- 5 years of related pharmacy work experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Pharmacy/Healthcare related experience preferred
- Two years of college preferred
