Client Services Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Associate to support client implementations and ongoing account needs within a healthcare technology platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in client implementations by accurately loading client data into software input formats
• Review and assess physician-hospital duty structures, providing recommendations for mapping within the platform
• Conduct quality assurance on data loads and support project work as needed, including training and service calls

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of healthcare-related experience required, with familiarity in physician-hospital contracts preferred
• Working knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, particularly provider compensation and contractual structures
• Ability to work independently in a home office environment within a fast-paced setting
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to move across functional areas depending on business needs
