Job Summary

To enhance the customer experience for healthcare providers, the remote Client Services Associate will manage inbound communications, provide ordering support, and assist with account management during operating hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST.

Key responsibilities
  • Triage and respond to inbound communications via phone, chat, e-fax, email, and portal messages within set service levels
  • Provide ordering support and outreach to customers regarding ordering issues and missing information
  • Create and qualify new accounts, assisting customers with portal login and contact management issues
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Client Services, preferably in healthcare
  • Proficiency in technology including Mac products, Google Suite, CRM systems, and communication tools like Salesforce
  • Conversational fluency in English and Spanish
  • Experience handling sensitive patient information with compliance and accuracy
