Client Services Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Associate-Inbound-Remote in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with up to 50 patients and healthcare providers daily through phone calls, emails, and live chat
• Handle various inquiry categories, including questions about products and services, insurance billing, and test result delivery
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure prompt handling of orders, billing processes, and identify trends for improving customer service

Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare/biotechnology
• Experience using customer service applications, such as Service Cloud and Salesforce
• BA/BS preferred but not required
• Expert knowledge of Google Apps and Mac OS X
• Hardworking individual who enjoys problem-solving and working in a team
