Client Services Associate Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Client Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the work of the Project Management team and ensure efficient running of each client pod
• Consult with clients on eDiscovery best practices and identify preferred paths to completing projects
• Plan, monitor, and manage internal and external project communications of pod members

Qualifications:

• Degree in a related discipline
• Minimum 6 years eDiscovery project management experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience leading an eDiscovery team on large scale global matters
• Experience in eDiscovery commercial management and working with eDiscovery platforms
• Experience in banking, legal, or pharmaceutical industries preferred
