Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Client Services to manage collateral-related services across multiple client trades and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver accurate trade reporting to clients according to their schedules
  • Coordinate client meetings and ensure quality standards are met
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure project progress and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum of 6+ years of industry experience, including 1+ years in a Senior Associate role
  • Expertise in reviewing and assessing mortgage collateral documents
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
