Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Consultant (Hybrid / Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client projects from inception through completion, focusing on direct mail, print, and marketing deliverables
• Coordinate job setup, scheduling, production, and delivery across internal departments and external vendors
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction levels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience managing direct mail, printing, or marketing service projects
• Strong understanding of print production workflows and marketing campaign execution
• Familiarity with graphics and creative file preparation preferred
• Ability to manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
