Job Summary
To enhance client relationships, the full-time remote Client Services Consultant will manage inbound calls, address client needs, and provide solutions while acting as a liaison between retirement plan clients, agents, and internal partners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage large volumes of inbound calls, identifying customer needs and providing timely solutions
- Consult with clients and agents to evaluate and resolve issues, ensuring a positive client experience
- Document client interactions and feedback, participating in discussions to improve service procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred; Associate's Degree in business or finance required
- Less than 2 years of related experience in the retirement plans industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of ERISA, IRS/DOL regulations, and qualified plan administration is desired
- Willingness to work until 6 PM EST
