Client Services Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the Correspondent Account Executive for Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada, the full-time remote Correspondent Client Services Consultant will manage client escalations, coordinate administrative tasks, and ensure a superior client experience through proactive communication and support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Account Executive on client prospecting, orientations, and renewals while addressing quality trends with analysts
• Serve as the main contact for client escalations, including loan issues, billing questions, and document disputes
• Facilitate monthly client reviews and support internal partners and lenders to enhance client relationships and resolve post-purchase issues

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of correspondent lending originations experience, particularly in sales support and operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal partners
