Job Summary

To support a growing educational initiative, the part-time Client Services Coordinator will manage client intake conversations, build relationships with families and schools, and articulate the curriculum and coaching methodologies while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle prospective family intake conversations with sophistication and discernment
  • Present The Ladder Method curriculum and coaching model confidently to clients
  • Assist with strategic outreach to deepen partnerships with school contacts
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in education, admissions, client services, or relationship-driven leadership roles
  • Understanding of the K-12 educational landscape
  • Familiarity with ADHD and executive functioning challenges
  • Experience managing high-touch relationships
  • Background as a teacher, school counselor, learning specialist, or education administrator strongly preferred
