Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Client Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs and implements strategies for servicing and supporting assigned clients
• Leads and inspires teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention
• Collaborates with internal partners to ensure effective service delivery and client experience

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in a service or HCM consulting organization
• Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience
• Experience in managing client relationships and service strategies
• Financial knowledge including budget preparation and analysis
• Military experience may be considered in lieu of the above qualifications
