Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Client Services to lead and enhance its client service department.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enforce internal service standards throughout the client journey
• Optimize team operations to enhance collaboration and improve client satisfaction metrics
• Act as an escalation point for sensitive cases, ensuring resolution with professionalism

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading a client service or operations department, preferably in a high-touch or legal services environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems, process automation tools, and analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of client lifecycle management and service excellence principles
• Exceptional leadership and conflict-resolution skills
• Fluent in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus
