Client Services Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Director (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Determine account management strategies related to client service plans and oversee retention and satisfaction
• Provide stewardship reporting and conduct pre-renewal visits to identify potential issues
• Resolve major customer service issues and coordinate invoicing and audits for assigned clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Two (2) years of account manager experience or five (5) years of adjuster experience required
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience required
• CPCU, AIC, and/or ARM or other related designation preferred
