Client Services Director

Job Summary

To support dynamic growth, the full-time remote Client Services Director will generate new client engagement opportunities by building and nurturing relationships in the areas of accounting, finance, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain knowledge of market trends, competitors, and company services
• Execute lead generation strategies and collaborate with internal teams to address client needs
• Manage key activity, pipeline, and revenue KPIs while fostering relationships with new and existing clients

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of business development experience
• Proven success in driving sales strategies and exceeding revenue quotas
• Strong networking and persuasion skills with experience in client prospecting
• Ability to leverage a pre-existing network of contacts in the marketplace
