Client Services Director

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership across two key client accounts, the full-time remote Client Services Director will oversee the delivery of integrated medical communications initiatives while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and mentoring high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and daily oversight of Medical Affairs and Commercial accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery of initiatives
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and navigating complex business challenges
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting, while identifying opportunities for organic growth

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in Client Services within a medical communications agency, particularly with Medical Affairs and/or Commercial pharmaceutical accounts
• Proven success in managing complex client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in account budgeting and profitability management
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing client services teams
• Demonstrated success in delivering integrated medical communications programs while balancing multiple priorities
