Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Services Service Executive II responsible for building and improving client relationships and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver timely responses and resolutions to client inquiries and operational issues
- Develop and execute service account plans while maintaining extensive knowledge of client operations and systems
- Identify strategic operational opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client business objectives are met
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Seven (7) years of client relationship experience in the financial services or contact center industry
- Experience driving strategic initiatives and customer success
- Four (4) years of experience in Client Service Delivery or a similar role
