Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Service Executive II responsible for building and improving client relationships and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver timely responses and resolutions to client inquiries and operational issues
  • Develop and execute service account plans while maintaining extensive knowledge of client operations and systems
  • Identify strategic operational opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client business objectives are met
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Seven (7) years of client relationship experience in the financial services or contact center industry
  • Experience driving strategic initiatives and customer success
  • Four (4) years of experience in Client Service Delivery or a similar role
