Job Summary

To provide nationwide title, closing, settlement, and appraisal solutions for mortgage lenders, the full-time Client Services Lead will manage client relationships, support real estate transactions, and implement strategies to enhance customer service while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Supports real estate transactions by addressing inquiries and providing high-level customer service to internal and external customers
  • Manages employees engaged in client management and coordinates efforts to achieve organizational objectives
  • Develops and implements departmental policies and strategies aimed at improving customer service and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience
  • Experience in managing client relationships and providing customer service in a real estate context
  • Knowledge of Uniform Standard of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) guidelines and appraisal laws
  • Ability to analyze data and solve complex problems effectively
