Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Liaison.

Key Responsibilities
  • Completes quarterly assessments and coordinates services for assigned clients
  • Develops and strengthens client relationships while monitoring needs and recommending improvements
  • Assists in client onboarding and provides additional training and education as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Associate Degree required; B.S., B.A., or B.S.N preferred
  • Minimum three years of experience in clinical documentation improvement training
  • Minimum three years of experience in Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) or risk adjustment
  • Knowledge of or experience in risk-adjusted contracting or provider groups preferred
  • Experience with risk adjustment analytics strongly preferred
