Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Liaison.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage communications and problem resolutions with shareholders through various channels
- Provide exceptional service throughout the deal process and proactively manage an internal case management system
- Identify and suggest improvements for processes to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with company standards
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably with high net worth individuals in the financial industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field (Finance, Economics, Maths)
- Proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients
- Experience working within an SLA environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- NetSuite experience is a plus, but not required
