Job Summary

Supporting the Client Services team, the full-time remote Client Services Liaison will manage accurate data maintenance, coordinate documentation, and assist with reporting and client-facing materials to ensure smooth client operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain facility profiles within internal systems, ensuring account data remains accurate and up to date
  • Process facility updates submitted by Account Managers and Recruitment Leaders, including operational details such as trauma levels and bed size
  • Support administrative aspects of the contract lifecycle by organizing documentation and tracking key milestones
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-2 years of administrative, operational support, or customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of urgency
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
