Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Client Services (West Coast) to lead client service delivery and team management for a regional group of advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a regional team of Client Service Associates and Managers, focusing on performance and development
  • Oversee advisor relationships, ensuring effective communication and service delivery
  • Manage onboarding processes, operational performance metrics, and enforce service standards across the team
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management operations, client service, or advisor support
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience in client service or operations
  • Hands-on experience with advisor onboarding, money movement, and account servicing
  • Strong understanding of custodian workflows (e.g., Fidelity, Charles Schwab)
  • High ownership mentality with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
