Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Manager to provide operational, financial, and contracting support for Strategic Corporate Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for Strategic Corporate Accounts, ensuring efficient support and issue resolution
  • Manage the execution and compliance of sponsor agreements, maintaining accurate contract records and documentation
  • Oversee account finances, ensuring accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of financial performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in operations, contract administration, or finance-related roles
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, including financial tracking and reporting
  • Ability to effectively interact with corporate representatives and internal leaders at a senior level
