Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Client Services to lead and develop a team responsible for exceptional client support and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Client Service Managers/Associates to foster high performance and accountability
- Oversee planning and execution of support and service activities for assigned client portfolios
- Manage incident resolution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role within client service or account management
- Minimum 7 years of overall experience in the healthcare industry, including benefits administration
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Proven experience coordinating and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decision making
