Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Servicing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in managing client relationships with measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated success in vendor or BPO management
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM or case management platform (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actions
