Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Manager to manage multi-channel advertising programs and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients and Account Executives, providing insights and recommendations for campaign success
- Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including creative assets, targeting, and performance verification
- Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with internal departments to align on campaign logistics and client expectations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven success in client services, account management, or project management within media, marketing, or advertising industries
- Experience in consumer insights, data analysis, retail, or CPG industries is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience using Salesforce.com and SAP preferred
