Job Summary

  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining compliance and service quality

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in client relationship management or a similar role
  • Knowledge of Employee Onboarding and Offboarding processes
  • Ability to implement and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Experience in preparing and presenting performance reports
  • Understanding of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting clients
