Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Experience in client relationship management or a similar role
- Knowledge of Employee Onboarding and Offboarding processes
- Ability to implement and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Experience in preparing and presenting performance reports
- Understanding of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting clients
