Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Manager to manage customer relationships and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing exceptional support and maintaining positive relationships
- Analyze accounts to identify needs, develop solutions, and monitor fulfillment patterns to eliminate recurring issues

Required Qualifications

- Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure
- Proficiency in advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience interacting with high-level corporate representatives
