Job Summary

Client Services Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing billing operations, managing client services, and ensuring performance standards are met while leading a team of billing associates.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED with 4-6 years of related experience
  • Experience in managing teams and overseeing operational processes
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and quality assurance audits
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and resources effectively
  • Understanding of internal controls for financial reporting processes
