Job Summary

Managing a team of leaders and project managers, the full-time Client Services Manager will oversee client relationships, ensure the delivery of market research data, and provide training and support in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage team workload and assignment flow while supporting project managers and client accounts
  • Monitor key performance indicators and communicate updates to the management team and clients
  • Provide performance assessments and foster team growth through training and recognition
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative online and digital market research
  • At least 2 years of progressive management experience in complex market research operations
  • 5+ years of experience in a business environment with project management expertise
  • Managerial knowledge of specific departments or functions within the industry
  • Understanding of relationships between relevant groups within the company
