Job Summary

To support the success of Vital Oversight clients, the full-time Client Services Manager will manage day-to-day client relationships, track client deliverables, and coordinate internal team activities in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the day-to-day client relationship and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Track client-specific work and ensure timely completion of deliverables and reporting
  • Coordinate internal workflows and monitor progress on client deliverables across teams
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years in client services, account management, or similar roles
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or professional services environments
  • Strong client communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
