Job Summary
To support the success of Vital Oversight clients, the full-time Client Services Manager will manage day-to-day client relationships, track client deliverables, and coordinate internal team activities in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day client relationship and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Track client-specific work and ensure timely completion of deliverables and reporting
- Coordinate internal workflows and monitor progress on client deliverables across teams
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in client services, account management, or similar roles
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or professional services environments
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
