Job Summary
Managing daily workflows and operations, the full-time remote Client Services Manager will oversee the Client Services team, ensuring timely information delivery and exceptional client experiences while implementing innovative solutions and managing team performance.
Key responsibilities
- Effectively handle and diffuse escalated issues while maintaining rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage daily department functions and recommend process improvements in collaboration with the Senior Director of Client Services
- Assist in staff recruitment, training, and performance management, including conducting reviews and coaching direct reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field required; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 1-3 years of operational management experience with direct supervisory oversight preferred
- Previous experience managing multiple tasks in a busy office environment requiring high attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with sophisticated CRM systems, such as NetSuite
- Ability to solve practical problems and manage a variety of concrete variables in dynamic situations
