Job Summary

Managing a team of leaders and project managers, the full-time remote Client Services Manager will oversee client relationships, ensure the delivery of market research data, and support team development through training and performance assessments.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage team workload and assignment flow, ensuring adequate support and coverage
  • Actively monitor client accounts and maintain communication regarding team milestones and performance metrics
  • Provide training and performance feedback to team members while contributing to process improvements
Required qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in quantitative online and digital market research
  • A minimum of 2 years in a management role within complex market research operations
  • 5+ years of experience in a business environment and project management
  • Managerial knowledge of specific department functions and relevant industry issues
  • Basic understanding of interdepartmental relationships and supervisory skills
