Job Summary

Managing day-to-day client engagement, the remote contract Client Services Manager will ensure operational effectiveness and delivery quality for YouTube Creative Readiness programs while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned programs, ensuring a high-quality client experience
  • Drive the successful execution of program milestones and validate team outputs against client goals
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support client growth in YouTube maturity
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder engagements and drive accountability across teams
  • Strong understanding of digital media strategy, marketing measurement, and performance KPIs
  • Ability to evaluate data insights and translate complex information into client-ready storytelling
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with evolving programs and processes
